摘要
通过在电解金属锰渣中加入助剂,采取高温煅烧和微波消解的方法活化SiO2,利用正交试验和单因素试验研究得出了电解金属锰渣中有效硅活化的最佳质量配比为电解金属锰渣∶CaCO3∶Na2CO3∶NaOH=1.00∶0.60∶0.15∶0.10,在此比例下经400℃高温煅烧,其有效硅含量达到6.94%,用微波消解其有效硅含量达8.08%,同时水溶性锰含量达1.51%,枸溶性锰含量达5.01%。经活化后的电解金属锰渣可作为硅锰肥,为植物提供必要的生长元素。
EMM residue is firstly processed by activation when producing silicon-manganese fertilizer. By adding promoters and using both high temperature calcination method and microwave digestion method, it was found out that for efficient silicon activation, the optimal proportion of promoters for EMM residue: CaCO3: Na2CO3: NaOH was 1.00: 0.60: O. 15: 0.10, the optimal temperature was 400℃, and the amount of effective silicon is 6.94% by using high temperature calcination. Moreover, the percentage of effective silicon is 8.08% by using microwave digestion method. The content of water-soluble manganese and citrate soluble manganese are 1.51% and 5.01% by microwave digestion, respectively. Activated EMM residue can provide the necessary elements for plants.
