中小企业供应链融资模式相关问题分析

An Analysis of Financing Model in Financing Model of Supply Chain

随着改革开放的逐渐深入,传统融资模式已不足以满足中小企业的需求。新兴的供应链融资模式拓宽了企业融资渠道,降低了融资成本,但该模式仍然存在供应链整体潜在风险、信用风险、信息不对称等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一些完善中小企业供应链融资的对策及建议,为企业融资探寻新的思路。

With the gradual depth of reform and openness, the traditional financing model has its insufficient characters to meet the needs of small and medium enterprises. Emerging supply chain in financing model will broaden the financing channels and reduce financing costs. The risks of model of supply chain still exist, however, including the credit risk, asymmetric information, and so on. To solve these problems, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply chain for the enterprises in exploring a new way of financing ideas.
