疏肝化瘀汤治疗肝郁肾虚-痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病的研究

Study on the treatment with Shugan Huayu decoction on liver and kidney deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis disease of mammary gland hyperplasia

目的探讨疏肝化瘀汤治疗肝郁肾虚-痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病的疗效。方法 60例肝郁肾虚-痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病患者遵循随机数字表格法分为2组,对照组30例使用乳康软胶囊进行治疗,观察组30例使用疏肝化瘀汤进行治疗,观察并记录2组患者治疗后的疗效、中医证候总积分、肿块大小积分和乳房疼痛积分,并进行对比分析。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候总积分、肿块大小积分和乳房疼痛积分均明显改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论疏肝化瘀汤治疗肝郁肾虚-痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病,能够有效改善患者的中医证候积分、肿块大小积分和乳房疼痛积分,从而大大改善了患者的生存质量,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective It is to investigate the therapeutic effectiveness of Shuganhuayu decoction on liver and kidney defi- ciency, phlegm and blood stasis of hyperplastic disease of breast. Methods 60 patients with stagnation of liver and deficiency of kidney-phlegm and blood stasis disease of mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into 2 groups according to random number table method, the control group with 30 cases was treated with Rukang soft capsule, and the observation group with 30 cases was treated with Shugan Huayu decoction. The curative effect of the two groups after treatment, TCM syndrome total score, tumor size integral and breast pain scores were observed and recorded, and compared with contrast analysis. Resuits The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after treatment the TCM syndrome total score, tumor size scores and breast pain scores were improved significantly, and the improvement of observation group was more better than that of control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shugan Huayu decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores, tumor size scores and breast pain scores in the treatment for mammary gland hyperplasia, thus to improve the life quality of patients with a high safety, so it is worthy widely applieating in clinic.
