可冲洗气管插管联合定时声门下吸引预防呼吸机相关性肺炎临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察可冲洗气管插管联合定时声门下负压吸引预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的临床效果。方法 103例机械通气患者分为2组:观察组行可冲洗气管插管并联合定时声门下负压吸引,对照组行普通气管插管,比较2组VAP发生情况、机械通气的时间、ICU住院时间等。结果治疗过程中观察组VAP发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),机械通气时间及ICU住院时间均减少(P均<0.05);同时观察组的病死率较对照组有减少倾向,但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可冲洗气管插管联合定时声门下负压吸引可以降低VAP的发生率,并可以缩短患者的机械通气时间。
