摘要
目的探讨低分子柑橘果胶(LCP)联合内皮抑制素(ES)对小鼠奥沙利铂耐药结肠癌种植瘤生长及肝转移的影响。方法建立小鼠奥沙利铂耐药结肠癌肝转移模型,应用LCP及ES进行单药或联合用药干预,3周后观察小鼠脾脏种植肿瘤的大小和肝转移瘤数目,并计算肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。结果 LCP单药能抑制小鼠结肠癌的生长、肝转移及血管形成。ES单用能抑制肿瘤血管形成。LCP与ES联用抑制肝转移及肿瘤血管形成效果更明显。结论 LCP与ES联用抑制奥沙利铂耐药结肠癌肝转移可能与其协同减少血管形成有关。
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of low -molecular-weight citrus pectin ( LCP) in combi-nation with endostatin (ES) on tumor growth and liver metastasis in oxaliplatin -resistant colon cancer mouse model . Methods Liver metastasis model of mouse exogenic colon carcinoma were established and treatd treated by oral LCP or /and ES injection .Diameters of primary implanted spleen tumor and numbers of liver metastatic nodes were observed and tumor microvessel density ( MVD) counts were calculated 3 weeks after model established .Results Oral LCP inhibited angiogenesis , tumor growth and liver metastasis of exogenic colon cancer , while ES given alone also reduced tumor angio-genesis.Combination of LCP and ES significantly increased the inhibitory effects of tumor angiogenesis and liver metasta -ses.Conclusion Combination of LCP and ES significantly inhibits oxaliplatin -resistant colon cancer growth and liver metastasis via reduction of angiogenesis .
