摘要
采用新型绝缘粘结剂对铁硅铝粉进行多层绝缘包覆,制备了铁硅铝磁粉芯,利用 XRD和 B-H 分析仪对其结构、磁性能及温度特性进行了研究。结果表明,室温下,在频率为10-200 kHz 和磁通密度为0.01-0.1 T范围内,样品具有低损耗特征;随温度的升高,初始磁导率先升高后降低,磁导率温度系数较小,样品具有良好的温度稳定性;在10 kHz,0.2 T下,随温度的升高,损耗先减小后增大,在10℃时达到最小值93.66 mW/cm3。
FeSiAl magnetic powder cores were prepared by the new type of insulating binder multilayer coating on FeSiAl powder.XRD and B-H analyzer were applied to investigate the structure,magnetic properties and temperature characteristics of the cores.The results showed that the sample has the low loss with flux density from 0.01 to 0.1 T under frequency between 10 kHz and 200 kHz at room temperature.With the increasing of temperature,initial permeability increased at first then decreased.The sample had good temperature stability according to a small temperature coefficient of permeability.At f=10 kHz and B=0.2 T,the power loss rea-ches the minimum of 93.66 mW/cm3 at 10 ℃.
