温轧工艺制备的Fe-6.5wt%Si-0.5wt%Cu合金薄板的结构与性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用热轧-温轧工艺制备了表面质量良好的0.35mm厚Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu合金薄板。通过对热轧态和温轧态试样的显微组织观察和硬度测试,研究了Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu合金轧制后的结构及性能;同时测量了该合金温轧薄板的磁性能。研究表明,温轧态试样中含有较多的滑移带,同时含有少量的B2有序相。Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu合金薄板经热轧-温轧后板材成型性较好,饱和磁感较高,铁损较低。 The 0.35 mm thickness Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu alloy sheet prepared by hot-warm rolling has good sur-face quality.The microstructure of the hot-rolled sample and warm-rolled sample was observed.The vickers hardness of the hot-rolled sample and warm-rolled sample was tested.The structure and property of the Fe-6.5%Si-0.5%Cu alloy after the rolling process was investigated.Simultaneously,the magnetic properties of the warm-rolled alloy sheet was tested.The results show that,there was some slip band and only a little B2 or-dered phase in the warm-rolled sample.The alloy sheet prepared by this experiment has good shape,high satu-ration magnetic induction and low iron loss.
