摘要
该文根据气 -气换热的特性 ,推荐了一种交叉斜波纹板片用于气 -气换热。开发了两种扰流元件置于板间用来强化传热及改善流体在板间的动力特性 ,并进行了相应的实验研究。通过对实验结果的整理 ,得到了相应的传热及流阻表达式。发现三角翼翅片型的强化传热的效果比较明显 ,而螺旋型扰流件能够实现较优的减阻强化传热的新特性。这为进一步拓广板式换热器用于大流量气 -气换热开发了一种新途径。
On the basis of characteristic of gas gas heat transfer,a cross inclined corrugated plate used for gas gas heat transfer is recommended.Two types of disturbance components located between plates are developed to strenghthen heat transfer and improve the dynamic feature of fluid between plates.The corresponding testing reseach is carried on.By means of systematization of testing results,the related formulas of heat transfer and flow resistance are obtained.It is found that triangle limb finned type has relative notable effect of strenghthening heat transfer.But spiral type disturbance component can realize the new feature of better resistance reducing strengthening heat transfer.A new way of plate type exchanger for use in large flow rate gas gas heat transfer is developed.
