摘要
长庆油田对产液量很低的油井采取抽油机井间抽和捞油作业方式,存在工作制度针对性差,节电潜力挖掘不充分,地层能量损失严重及抽子胶筒更换频繁等诸多不足。为此,结合数字化油田建设和油井工况特点,引进了智能提捞式抽油机技术。智能提捞式抽油机主要由地面主机、远程通信模块、自动化控制装置及井下抽油部件组成。该抽油机采用柔性抽油杆牵引软柱塞、动静结合密封盘根盒、柔性抽油杆整体复合和智能控制技术,具有在合理流压下密闭生产、油井数据准确计量和自动远程启停等功能。现场试验结果表明,该抽油机可降低能耗,平均节电率达47.22%,从而降低油井配套成本,具有很高的应用价值。
For the low output wells in Changqing Oilfield, the intermittent pumping and bailing methods have been adopted for oil production. Many deficiencies have been encountered during the production, including poor tar- geted pumping system, low electricity saving potential, high energy loss of formation and high frequent replacement of pumping swab rubber tube. To address these deficiencies and for Digital oilfield construction, the intelligent bai- ling pumping technology is introduced considering the working condition of the wells. The intelligent bailing pum- ping unit is mainly consisted of surface host, remote communication module, automatic control devices and down- hole pumping components. By adopting flexible sucker rod driving soft rod piston, combined dynamic and static sealing packing boxes, overall composite flexible sucker rod and intelligent control technology, the target pumping unit functions are achieved including pumping with reasonable flow pressure in a well-sealed condition, accurate measurement of well data and automatic remote control of pumping start and shut down. Field test results show that the pumping unit can reduce energy consumption with an average saving of 47.22%, thus reduces the cost of the well and has a high application value.
