摘要 六连杆型抽油机因整机可靠性差、设备故障率高、维护费用高、易损结构件通用性差,所以已经停生产使用。鉴于此,介绍了一种六连杆型抽油机的改造方法。通过改造游梁结构,对连杆进行截断,并重新对接、焊接,改变连杆长度的方法,使六连杆型抽油机成为结构简单、可靠性高的四连杆型抽油机。依据API SPEC 11E标准的要求,对改造后的抽油机游梁和连杆进行了强度校核,校核结果表明游梁和连杆都满足强度要求。改造后的抽油机不但节能效果显著,而且各机型间结构件的互换性增强,使用寿命得到延长。 In view of the stopped production and application of the six-bar linkage pumping unit due to its poor overall machine reliability, high equipment failure rate and poor versatility of the wearing parts, a modifica- tion method of six-bar linkage pumping unit is developed. Through the modification of the beam structure, as well as changing the length of the linkage by cutting off, re-butting and re-welding, a four-bar linkage pumping unit is de- veloped with simple structure and high reliability. Strength checks have been conducted on the pumping beam and linkages of modified pumping unit according to API SPEC 11E standard. The results show that the strength of the pumping beam and linkages have met the strength requirements. The new modified pumping unit has a remarkable en- ergy-saving capability and an improved interchangeability of components, thus results in an extended service life.
