摘要
本文分析了消费者在食品安全体系中的角色、义务以及在认知、态度与行为方面存在的问题。从消费者教育和法律体系的角度,就如何充分发挥消费者在食品安全体系中的积极主动作用提出建议与措施。
Role and obligation, as well as deficiency and misbehavior in knowledge,attitude and practice, of the consumers were analyzed in this paper. Suggestions and measures on how to promote the consumers to play an active and enthusiastic role were put forward from the viewpoint of consumer education and legal system construction.
