摘要
针对无刷直流电机直接转矩控制的抗外部干扰能力弱和转矩波动大的问题,提出了一种基于模糊自抗扰控制的无刷直流电机直接转矩控制方案。该方案不依赖电机的精确模型,不区分引起转矩波动的具体原因,系统的外扰和内扰处于同等地位,将电机等效为由转速子系统和转矩子系统构成的串联型对象,设计了2个二阶模糊自抗扰控制器分别实现对无刷直流电机内外环控制,即外环控制转速并给出内环转矩参照值,内环实现对转矩的直接控制并对转矩波动进行有效抑制。仿真结果表明,该方法具有较强抗干扰能力,能有效削弱转矩波动。
Due to the weak immunity and serious torque ripple of PM brushless DC motor direct torque con-trol, a new control strategy for brushless DC motor direct torque was proposed by using fuzzy active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC). The contrel strategy neither relies on an accurate model of the motor nordistinguishes the reasons that causes the torque ripple from external disturbance or internal. The motor modelis transferred into a series-connection object which constituted by speed subsystems and torque subsystems.Then two two-order Fuzzy ADRCs were constructed to carry out closed-loop control. One Fuzzy ADRC,which represents the outer loop, controls the rotor speed and specifies the reference torque for the inner loop ;while the other one realizes the direct torque control and minimizes torque ripple. Simulation results showthat this method has strong anti-interference ability and weaken the torque fluctuations effectively.
