摘要
从分析无刷直流电动机的结构、工作原理入手,在理论上剖析了无刷直流电动机形成转矩脉动的机理,提出了电枢反应和跳跃磁场真正是形成转矩脉动的关键所在,而齿槽影响、脉振磁场等因素并非是产生转矩脉动的主要因素。从电磁设计上和控制驱动器上提出解决抑制转矩脉动的基本途径。
This paper started from the analysis of the brushless DC motor structure, working principle, intheory, to dissect the mechanism of the formation of the brushless DC motor torque ripple, and proposed thatthe armature reaction and jump magnetic field were really the key to the formation of the torque ripple. Whilethe cogging effects, pulsating magnetic field and other factors are not the main factors of producing torqueripple. In addition, put forward to the basic way to suppress torque ripple from the electromagnetic designand control drive.
