Determination of Residual Solvemt Dimethyl Sulfoxide in Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate Gel by Capillary Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立毛细管气相色谱法测定交联透明质酸钠凝胶中有机溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO)残留量的测定方法。采用SE-30毛细管柱(50 m×0.53 mm×3.0μm),FID检测器,检测器温度为230℃,进样口温度为210℃,无水乙醇为溶剂。二甲基亚砜与溶剂峰完全分离,DMSO在2.1428~1071.4μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率为100.99%。该方法可用于交联透明质酸钠凝胶中DMSO残留量测定。 Residual solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) in cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel was determined by capillary gas chromatography with SE-30 capillary column (50 m×0.53 mm×3.0 μm) and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) under detector temperature 230℃and the sample-input temperature 210℃with ethanol absolute as the solvent. The results show that, the established method can separate DMSO and solvent completely, and DMSO has good linearity within the range of 2.1428-1 071.4μg·mL-1 (r=1), the average recovery is 100.99%. The method is practicable in the determination of DMSO in cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel.
