摘要 提出了一种耐火纤维复合层衬里结构及其喷涂技术 ,给出了耐火纤维棉的选用 ,结合剂的制备 ,以及喷涂技术的要点。对几个石化工业炉的案例分析表明 ,采用耐火纤维喷涂技术不仅能大大缩短施工周期 ,而且能够提高加热炉的热效率 ,节能效果和综合经济效益十分显著。 A composite layer construction and refractory fiber spraying technology for lining furnace is proposed.Selection of refractory fibers,preparation of binders and details of spraying technology are discussed. Analyses of a few cases on lining construction for petrochemical industrial furnaces indicate that the spraying coating method for refractory fiber layers reduces construction time and increases heat efficiency and economic benefit.
