摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国工程教育的一项重点改革,重点培养学生的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力。卓越计划的实施对于各试点高校和试点专业建设提出了较高要求,包括人才培养目标、学校人才培养方案、企业培养方案、课程体系、实践教学和师资队伍等方面。其中,师资队伍建设是影响卓越计划正常开展的重要因素,师资队伍水平直接影响人才培养质量。我院十分重视卓越试点专业的师资队伍建设,现从选拔、培养、保障和评价四个方面分析卓越计划师资体系建设。
The plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE),an important engineering education reform,was started at 2010 June,and led by the Ministry of Education.The plan focuses on the cultivation of students 'engineering consciousness,engineering quality and engineering practice ability.The plan requires higher demands for experimental universities and majors,including personnel training objective,personnel training plan of university and corporation,course system,practice teaching,and teaching staff.Teaching staff is an important factor,it influences the implementation of the plan,and the talent cultivation quality.Based on the teaching staff situation of the pilot specialty in Shanghai University of Electric Power,the teaching staff construction is analyzed.from four aspects of selection,cultivation,system guarantee and evaluation.
