血清HA、LN、IFN-γ及微球蛋白与肺结核的相关性研究

Study on correction of serum HA,LN,IFN-γ,and microglobulin to pulmonary tuberculosis

目的研究分析血清HA、LN、IFN-γ及微球蛋白与肺结核的相关性。方法选取本站进行治疗的59例肺结核患者为观察组,并以同期的59名健康为为对照组,将对照组与观察组的血清HA、LN、IFN-γ及微球蛋白水平进行检测与比较,同时比较观察组中不同分期者的水平,同时分析其与疾病的相关性。结果观察组的血清HA、LN及微球蛋白水平均高于对照组,血清IFN-γ水平则低于对照组,且进展期患者波动大于好转期及稳定期,P均<0.05。结论肺结核患者的有密切的血清HA、LN、IFN-γ及微球蛋白呈现异常状态,其均与疾病有密切的相关性。

Objective To study and analyze the correction of the serum HA, LN, IFN-Fγ, and microglobu-lin to pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 59 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the observation group, and 59 healthy people were taken as the control group. Then the levels of serum HA, LN, IFN-γand micro-globulin were detected and compared in the two groups. Results The levels of serum HA, LN and microglobulin of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,while the level of serum IFN-γ was lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of serum HA, LN, IFN-γ and microglobulin of pa-tients with pulmonary tuberculosis show an abnormal state, and they all have closed correction to the disease.
