一种油田防垢剂的合成及评价实验研究

摘要 以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发体系、亚硫酸氢钠同时作链转移剂合成低相对分子量的聚丙烯酸钠,作为一种油田防垢剂.研究了单体、引发剂及链转移剂的用量、反应温度和时间等对产物相对分子质量的影响,并对不同相对分子量的产物进行了防垢性能的评价.结果表明反应温度为60℃、单体质量分数30%、引发剂用量0.6%、链转移剂用量5%、反应时间2h时,可制得聚丙烯酸钠的粘均相对分子质量在2000~3000,作为油田防垢剂防垢效率高、效果好. Low molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate was synthesized with (NH4 )2S2O8 -NaHSO3 as initiator and NaHSO3 as chain transfer agent, and the product was a kind of scale inhibitor in oilfield. The influences, such as the concentrations of monomer, initiator and chain transfer agent, the temperature and time of polymerization, on the molecular weight of polymer were discussed, and 5 products with different molecular weight were evaluated for scale inhibition. The results showed that low molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate about 2 000 - 3 000 can be polymerized at 60 ℃ for 2 h, with the monomer concentration of 30%, the initiator concentration of 0. 6%, and the chain transfer agent concentration of 5%. The scale inhibit efficiency of the product performed was well .
