摘要 介绍了以大庆原油馏分油为原料 ,采用液相氧化法生产石油羧酸盐的合成工艺。根据石油羧酸盐与烷基苯磺酸盐的协同效应 ,研究了两种国产表面活性剂的复配体系与大庆原油间的界面性能。室内研究结果表明 ,该复配体系能与大庆原油形成 10 -3 mN/m以下的超低界面张力 ,三元复合体系驱油效率比水驱提高 2 0 % (OOIP)左右。该项成果的应用可使三元复合驱成本降低 30 %以上。该项研究实现了配方的中试国产化 ,为在大庆油田大面积推广三元复合驱奠定了良好的理论和实践基础。 A synthetic technique of producing petroleum carboxylate using liquid?phase oxidation and taking fraction of Daqing crude oil as raw material is introduced in this paper. The interfacial tension (IFT) between the combination system of these two surfactants and Daqing crude oil is studied according to the synergetic effect between petroleum carboxylate and alkyl benzen sulfonate. The results of laboratory research show that IFT can reach below the order of 10 ?3 mN/m and oil displacement efficiency for ternary combination flooding is higher 20% (OOIP) than that for waterflooding approximately. It also can economically reduce the cost of ternary combination flooding over 30% and the formula made in China is realized. It lays a good theoretical and practical foundation for popularizing the ternary combination flooding in Daqing oil field.
