埋地钢管外壁腐蚀是引起管道穿孔发生事故的主要原因之一,研究管道的腐蚀机理与防护技术,对延长管道的使用寿命以及保证工业生产的顺利进行具有重要意义。本文通过埋地管道腐蚀问题分析,介绍管道表面处理方法、管道内外防腐蚀涂层设计和管道阴极保护设计。

Buried steel tube outer wall corrosion was one of the leading causes of accidents caused by pipeline perforation. It was of great significance of studying pipeline corrosion mechanism and protection technology, to extend the service life of pipeline, and ensure the smooth progress of industrial production. Based on the mechanism of corrosion of buried pipelines pipe surface treatment, corrosion coating design of internal and external pipeline, protection design of pipeline cathodic were introduced.
