The Residual Strength Assessment of the Tube with Groove-like Flaws

沟槽腐蚀多见于油气田生产系统中,对安全生产造成极大的影响。通过API 579剩余强度评价方法,对缺陷尺寸及油管受力进行分析,不仅可以较为准确的判断含沟槽腐蚀缺陷油管的应力状态,对危险管段进行补强和维修,保证油气田的安全生产;还能避免不必要的管段维修及更换,对降低生产成本、提高经济效益有重要的意义。

Groove - like flaw were always occurred with the production system of oil and gas, which greatly impacted on the security of the system. With the application of API 579, the dimensions of the flaw were analyzed and the stress of the tube was calculated, not only to assess the status of the corroded tube which should be repaired or replaced, making the system safe, but also to avoid the null repair for cost savings.
