摘要 介绍了RPMS优化软件的功能及其模型的特点。从原油选购优化、生产装置优化、成品油调和优化、生产方案优化、多周期计划优化和生产瓶颈优化等方面介绍了RPMS软件在生产计划的优化过程中会用到的功能模块与典型应用。同时对各种优化应用的意义进行了说明。并通过对国内的研究现状进行举例分析,证明炼化企业运用RPMS软件优化生产可以增加企业效益,从而推动企业实现生产效益最大化。 The function of RPMS optimization software, with characteristics of its model was introduced. The function and the typical application of RPMS software used in production planning optimization process in crude oil purchase optimization, plant optimization, oil product blending optimization, production plan optimization, multi period planning optimization and bottleneck optimization, etc were briefly introduced. The significance of the optimization application was illustrated. Some examples on the status quo of the domestic were analyzed. Using RPMS optimization software, the production of petrochemical enterprises was optimized, which would increase its economic benefit and make the maximum economic efficiency come true.
