摘要
介绍了纤维膜脱硫技术工作原理及在中国石化安庆分公司液化气脱硫脱硫醇装置的应用情况。装置运转结果表明,该技术能有效地脱除催化液化气中的大部分硫醇和硫化氢,具有操作简便、产品质量稳定、碱液消耗量低、碱渣产量小等特点。
The work principle of fiber film desulfurization technology and its application in the LPG sweetening unit of SINOPEC Anqing Company wre introduced. Device operation results showed that the technology can effectively remove the majority of mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide in FCC liquefied petroleum gas, with the advantages of simple operation, stable product quality, low consumption of soda lye and small yield of soda residue.
