摘要
推导出在小样本数据的情况下 ,利用模糊贝叶斯 ( Bayes)理论确定疲劳寿命概率分布模型的方法。根据 1 6Mn钢在谱载荷下的实测疲劳寿命 ,对分布参数进行了估计 ,应用模糊贝叶斯方法对估计的两种分布进行评判 ,得出疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布的结论 ,并获得了这种钢材的疲劳寿命分布规律和可靠度计算公式。
Using the fuzzy Bayes theory,a method for determination of probability distribution of fatigue life is derived and proposed in this paper.According to the fatigue life of 16 Mn steel under spectrum loading obtained by experience,the distribution parameters are estimated and the two distributions are evaluated by fuzzy Bayes method.It is concluded that the fatigue life is fitted for lgNormal distribution.The rule of fatigue life distribution and the formula to calculate the reliability of this kind of steel are obtained and introduced.
