摘要
根据各种规定及实际工作经验 ,对移动平台迁航作业中的拖航稳性分析、气象条件的合理选择、拖带力的估算、拖曳设备配备及检验等问题进行了总结和探讨 ,并提出了相关建议 ,可作为实际工作的参考。
According to the rules requirement and practical experience,the preparation and survey of towing operation for offshore mobile platform are summarized and discussed.These items include the analysis of towing stability,the selection of weather condition,the estimation of towing force and the equipping of towing facilities.Some relevant proposals are put forward in this paper as well.
