基于视线追踪的人机交互界面可用性测试 被引量:4

摘要 人机交互界面可用性水平的高低直接影响用户作业的安全和高效,传统的可用性测试方法很难客观反映用户在进行人机交互时的思维活动,且受主试主观因素约束较多。本文结合视线追踪技术,提出基于视线追踪的人机交互界面可用性测试方法,并以两套典型系统人机交互界面为例,进行了测试和对比分析。结果显示此方法能降低传统可用性测试方法的误差和主观影响,显著地提高人机交互界面可用性测试的有效性和客观性,在传统的可用性测试的基础上融入视线追踪技术,可以更直观的评价人机交互界面的可用性水平,提出人机交互界面可用性存在的问题。
