临床护士对医院科室护理工作环境的评价

Evaluation on Clinical Nurses Work Environment in Hospitals

目的调查临床护士对医院科室护理工作环境的评价。方法以中文版护理工作环境量表(practice environment scale,PES)为调查工具,采取分层随机抽样,对乌鲁木齐市驻地军队医院600名护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士对医院科室护理工作环境评价良好,PES各维度得分均大于2.5分临界值,五类科室在"护士参与医院事务"维度上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余4个维度及总分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护理管理者需要在人力物资及护士参与医院事务方面加大力度,着重关注儿科和急重症科室护理工作环境的改善,以进一步优化医院护理环境。

Objective To investigate the attitude of clinical nurses towards work environment of clinical departments in hospital.Methods By stratified random sampling,a total of 600 nurses from several military hospitals in Urumqi were investigated by using the Chinese version of Practice Environment Scale（ PES）.Results The clinical nurses work environment in hospitals was favorable overall,and each dimension scores were greater than the critical value of 2.5 points,and the differences in the＂nurse participation in hospital affairs＂dimension among five departments was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,the remaining four dimensions and total scores were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Managers should pay more attention to human resources as well as nurses＇ involvement in hospital affaires,and especially focus on pediatrics and critical care nursing departments in order to further optimize nurses work environment.
