Analysis of Internet Reputation Infringement

随着互联网的普及,互联网已经和我们的生活密不可分,我们已经进入了网络时代,但通过网络侵犯名誉权的现象也时有发生。网络名誉侵权手段简便易行,影响范围广,侵权后果严重。网络名誉侵权责任需要从行为的违法性、损害后果、主观过错、因果关系几方面加以认定。网络服务提供者利用网络侵害他人名誉权应该承担责任,如果网络用户利用互联网侵犯名誉权,网络服务提供者承担删除、屏蔽等义务。

With the popularity of the Internet,the Internet is closely related to our life.Now we have entered the era of the network,but the network infringement of right of reputation comes up from time to time.Methods of internet reputation infringement are simple,but the effect has the wide scope and the consequences of the violation are serious.Internet reputation infringement liability should be identified from the following aspects：illegality,injury consequence,subjective fault,causality and etc.Internet service providers of reputation infringement should assume the responsibility of reputation infringement if the network users infringe the right of reputation using the Internet.And the Internet service providers should delete,shield and assume the relevant responsibilities.
