工会组织如何适应维权需要,充分发挥"职工之家"的作用,保障职工民主权利,满足职工经济文化需求,已引起人们的高度关注和重视。在市场经济的新形势下,工会组织必须夯实根基,摆正位置,找准角度,抓住结合点,认真履行职责,扮演好双重角色,坚持"十个到位",努力为职工创造良好的工作、生活环境,实现企业和职工双赢。

Nowadays,more and more people have paid much attention to the following issues,such as how to meet the needs of safeguard legal rights for staff and fulfill the function of ＂ Home for Staff＂;how to protect the staff＇s democratic rights and meet the needs for culture etc.Under the new situation of market economy,in order to realize the win-win situation for enterprise and staff,Trade Union should strengthen the base,make the appropriate orientation,fulfill the duty,keep ＂ Ten Insistence＂ and try to provide the good working and studying environment for the staff etc.
