To carry out the ideological and political work is the key of oil enterprises sustainable development.In order to do fine political and ideological work,it is necessary to innovate the ideas,strengthen the guidance,catch the main idea and get the position.We should regard the ＂four＂ for the breach as an efficient way to do real ideological and political work：to find the starting point of work,to establish a mechanism for talent growth of long-term development;to find the focus of work,to build platform for employees to spurs;to find the foothold of work throughout the production process management;to find a proper breakthrough point for the work to meet personal demands of vision.
