The framework of SINOPEC distribution management information system and the construction of this project are described. The start-up of this system has elevated the distribution network to a more effective level as it can combine the material flow, cash flow and information flow into one, make it possible for all data of inlet, sale, inventory and price be read out at one glimpse, thus satisfy the requirements of SINOPEC's new operation system after its reorganization and the demands from internet economics.
