摘要
聚丙烯 装置使用镍触媒脱氧剂对丙烯进行脱氢精制,在活化和进丙烯阶段出现超温现象。文章分析了超温的原因,提出了具体的防范措施,收到良好效果,对今后如何使用好镍触媒具有一定的参考价值。
Propylene is deoxidized by nickel containing catalyst as deoxidizer in polypropylene plant, but excess temperature phenomenon exists at activation and propylene entering steps. The cause of the phenomenon is analyzed in the article. The prevention measures are ado ted, and better effort is obtained. It has some reference how to perferably apply Ni-catalyst.
