摘要
分析了我国西部和东海油气资源的优势 ,论述了加强西部开发、开展西气东输工程、开发大东海将会增加我国加入 WTO后的实力 ,并结合我国国情提出了今后的对策和任务。
Through detailed analysis of the advantages in oil and gas resources in China's west regions and east ocaen,it is concluded that China's national strength will be increased after join the WTO with the developments of its west regions and the east ocean,and west to east natural gas transportation project.The tasks and measures suitable to China's particular situation are also suggested.
