摘要
采用双原位复合法,以(NH4)2S2O8和AgNO3两者为氧化剂共同氧化苯胺溶液,制得Ag/PANI。研究了(NH4)2S2O8和AgNO3两种氧化剂氧化苯胺的比例(P)以及HNO3浓度对Ag/PANI形貌以及电导率的影响。利用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)以及四探针测试仪等手段,对Ag/PANI的形貌、结构及电导率进行了表征,结果表明,P为0.4,在1.0mol/L HNO3的溶液中氧化0.2mol/L的苯胺可得到均匀的棒状结构,且电导率较好,达10.2755S/cm。
Polyaniline-silver complex was obtained by the double-situ composite method,which was polymerized via the oxidant of both ammonium persulfate and silver nitrate of aniline.Results showed that the ratio of am-monium persulfate to silver nitrate and the concentration of nitric acid had a great influence on morphology and the conductivity of silver/polyaniline materials.The morphology and structure of complex were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).Four-probe measure-ments was employed to investigate electrical conductivity.As 0.2 mol/L aniline dissolved in 1.0mol/L nitric acid was polymerized via mixed oxidation with the ratio of 0.4,which could get the homogeneous rod structure and the conductivity of the pellet was up to 10.2755 S/cm.
