摘要
以418名大学生为被试,采用问卷法考察大学生的人格特质(内外向、神经质)与焦虑的关系,以及成熟的应对方式在其中的中介作用和是否独生子女在其中的调节作用。结果表明:大学生的神经质、内外向、成熟的应对方式和焦虑之间均存在显著相关;大学生的成熟应对方式在神经质与焦虑之间起部分中介作用,在内外向与焦虑之间起完全中介作用;是否独生子女对人格特质(内外向、神经质)、成熟应对方式和焦虑三者之间的关系发挥了调节作用。
This study,by using questionnaires to test 418 college students,aims to explore the relationship between college students’ personality( introversion /extraversion and neuroticism) and anxiety,as well as the intermediary role of their positive coping styles and the moderating role of whether they are single children. The results show the following: there is a significant correlation between the college students’ neuroticism,introversion /extraversion,positive coping styles,and anxiety; their positive coping styles partially mediate between their neuroticism and anxiety,and fully mediate between their introversion /extraversion and anxiety; whether they are single children mediates between their personality,positive coping styles,and anxiety.
