高校公共事业管理专业实习改革刍议

The Reform for the Practice of Public Service Administration Major in Universities

随着公共事业管理改革的深入,我国公共事业管理取得了较大的发展,相关学科也是近些年来比较热门的专业。然而随之而来的是公共事业管理专业的相关问题也越来越突出,其突出表现在跨出学校第一步的专业毕业实习环节,这让各地方院校尤为头疼。文章针对公共事业管理专业学生的毕业实习困境展开研究,并以莆田学院为例,着力分析当前地方院校公共事业管理专业毕业实习的现状及问题,并提出相应的对策建议。

With the rapid development of the public administration reform in China, it has not only got great achievements, but also become the popular specialty in recent years. However, the related problem has become increasingly prominent, especially the students＇ first professional graduation practice outside schools is outstanding, and this let the local colleges and universities feel very difficult. This article tries to study the students＇ graduation practice dilemma, taking Putian University for an example to analyze the present situation and problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
