摘要
以污泥残炭作为城市污泥热解的催化剂,考察热解温度、残炭添加比例对热解产物产率及有机相成分的影响.结果表明:对非催化热解,有机相产率在500℃时达到最大值6.83%.添加残炭有利于污泥中挥发分的脱除,残炭对有机相加氢脱氧及含氯化合物的脱除效果较好,但不利于多环芳烃的脱除.对污泥残炭进行改性,通过负载Fe,Cu,Al和Ni等金属元素,研究改性后残炭对污泥热解的催化作用.结果表明:负载Al的残炭对污泥中挥发分的脱除效果最佳,残炭改性后热解液有机相的热值升高,黏度降低,含氧化合物和含氮化合物含量均降低.添加负载Fe的残炭对有机相加氢脱氧及黏度降低效果最好,与添加原始残炭相比,负载Fe的残炭催化得到的有机相黏度降低了24.32%,烷烯烃类含量增加了17.62%.添加负载Ni的残炭可有效降低含氮化合物含量,添加负载Cu的残炭有机相中未发现多环芳烃.
Pyrolysis of municipal sludge catalyzed by residue char was conducted in order to research the influences of the temperature and the proportion of char on the product yield and the component of the organic phase (OP).The results show that for non-catalytic pyrolysis,the yield of OP rea-ches a maximum of 6.83% at 500 ℃.Residue char is benifical to the removal of volatiles.Char benefits the hydrodeoxygenation and removal of chlorinated compounds,while it is negative to the reduction of PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons).Residue char was also treated with support-ing Fe,Cu,Al and Ni to study the catalytic effect of treated char.The results show that char sup-ported with Al favors the enhancement of HHV (higher heating value)and reduction of viscosity of OP.The contents of oxygenated compounds and nitrogen compounds decrease.The char supported with Fe is the best for hydrodeoxygenation and the reduction of viscosity of OP.Compared with the original carbon residue,the viscosity of OP catalyzed by char supported with Fe reduces by 24.32%while the content of hydrocarbons increases by 17.62%.Char supported with Ni helps decrease ni-trogen compounds.PAHs are not found in the OP catalyzed by char supported with Cu.
