摘要
为了全面评估由高性能金属蜂窝板以特定方式连接而成的新型装配式空间结构的拼接效果,研究该空腹屋盖结构的力学性能、破坏机理和极限承载力,设计制作了2个平面尺寸为1 m×3 m、结构高度为300 mm的空腹箱型足尺试件,进行极限承载力的理论分析及试验研究.结果表明,该结构具有较高的承载能力,体现了轻质高强的结构特性,其破坏形态主要表现为蜂窝板的面内压屈破坏,但若连接强度不足,将发生连接件先于蜂窝板压屈的不利破坏模式.不同模拟方法下箱型试件的对比分析结果表明,采用有限元耦合法模拟连接件的工作状态是简便可行的,为今后该类新型结构的分析设计提供了参考依据.
To assess the mosaic effect of a new assembly type space structure composed of metal ho-neycomb sandwich panel with high performance by a specific connection mode and study the me-chanical properties,failure mechanism and ultimate load capacity of the hollow roof structure,two open-web full scale box specimens with the plane size of 1 m ×3 m and the structural height of 300 mm are designed and fabricated.The corresponding theory analysis and experimental study of the ul-timate bearing capacity are carried out.The results show that the structure has a high load carrying capacity,reflecting the structural characteristics of lightweight and high strength.The failure is mainly caused by the buckling of the inner surface of the honeycomb panel.However,if the connec-tion strength is insufficient,the damage of the connecting member is prior to the buckling of the hon-eycomb panel,which is a negative damage pattern.The comparison results of the box specimens un-der different simulation analysis show that the finite element coupling method for simulating the working status of connection is simple and feasible,which provides a reference for the future design of these structures.
