摘要
以水灰比为参数对水泥浆的力学性能和徐变特性进行了基础试验.结果表明,水泥浆的弹性模量和抗压强度均随水灰比的增加而降低,外界环境(温度和湿度)对水泥浆的徐变影响不大.在此试验基础上,通过研究水灰比和水泥浆徐变函数(单位应力作用下弹性变形与徐变应变之和)之间的关系,建立了水泥浆和砂浆徐变函数的预测模型.对配合比为m(水泥)∶m(水)∶m(细骨料)=0.5∶1∶1.49的砂浆徐变预测结果和试验结果的对比分析表明,砂浆徐变函数预测模型可以较好地预测砂浆的徐变发展过程.模型再生混凝土的徐变试验证明,老砂浆的存在是再生混凝土徐变增加最重要的一个原因.
The fundamental tests on creep and mechanical properties of cement paste were conducted by varying the water cement ratio (w/c).The test results show that both the elastic modulus and compressive strength of cement paste decrease with the increase of w/c.The influence of external environment (temperature and humidity)on the development of cement paste creep is small.Based on the experimental study,the compliance function prediction model of cement paste and mortar is established after investigating the relationship between w/c and the compliance function of the cement paste.The comparison between the predicted and experimental results of mortar with m(cement)∶m(water)∶m(fine aggregate)=0.5∶1∶1 .49 shows that the predictive model agrees well with the de-velopment of mortar creep.The test results from the modeled recycled concrete prove that the atta-ched old mortar is one of the significant factors for the increase of recycled aggregate concrete creep.
