摘要
为快速得到高质量的精密铸件,采用了树脂型壳快速制造技术制造出了铸件的熔模铸造型壳,采用新型陶瓷型壳粘结剂、陶瓷浆料配比及陶瓷型壳涂覆技术等制造出了铸件的陶瓷型壳。经实际浇注铝合金液后可得到符合要求的铸件,采用该技术可以满足铸件的铸造工艺要求。
In order to obtain high quality investment castings, investment casting shell was prepared by resinous shell fast manufacture technique, the new type ceramic binder, ceramic slurry ratio and ceramic shell coating technology was used to make cast＇s ceramic shell. After pouring aluminium alloy liquid, the castings which meet the technology requirements were obtained.
