Effect of Heat Treatment on the Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of DD93 Nickel-Base Single Crystal Superalloy

摘要 对[001]取向的DD93镍基单晶高温合金进行了760℃780MPa和950℃240MPa的拉伸持久试验。结合合金性能数据和拉伸试样断口形貌,分析了不同热处理制度对合金持久性能的影响。结果表明:经过1 280℃/2 h A.C+1 300℃/4 h A.C+1 100℃/5h A.C+870℃/16 h A.C的4级热处理可获得尺寸为0.45μm、分布均匀、规则排列的立方γ'强化相,合金获得理想的综合力学性能。 The creep and stress-rupture test of of[001] orientation DD93 nickel-base superalloy with 760 ℃ 780 MPa and 950 ℃ 240 MPa was done, and different heat treatment process was compared by combining the rupture life and fracture analysis.The results show that the comprehensive strength of the alloy can be obtained by using the four step heat treatment as follows: 1 280 ℃/2h A.C+1 300 ℃/4 h A.C+1 100 ℃/5 h A.C +870 ℃ /16 h A.C.The γ' precipitate was uniformly distributed and presented in cubical with the size 0.45 μm around regularly distribution.
