摘要
研究了涡流器的熔模精铸工艺,包括模具设计、制模工艺、制壳工艺、浇注系统、浇注工艺等。试验确定的改进工艺方案合理可行,消除了铸件的浇不足、裂纹和疏松等缺陷,生产的铸件符合设计图纸要求。
The investment casting process of swirler was studied, such as pattern design and making, mold making, pouring system and process, etc. The process scheme verified by the experiment was reasonable, which eliminated the casting defects such as misrun, crack, and porosity. The castings satisfied the requirement of the design drawings.
