摘要 近年有关高强度、高伸长率球墨铸铁的研究与生产技术开发受到相关研究机构的关注。通过采用合理的成分设计、铁液净化、多元素合金固溶强化、晶粒细化等一系列生产工艺措施,探讨了铸态QT700-10工艺开发的可行性。 In recent years, study on the ductile iron with high strength and high elongation and the development of production technology received attention of related research institutions. Through experiment, the feasibility of developing as-cast QTT00 -10 technology was discussed by using a series of production processes such as reasonable composition design, molten iron purification, multi-element alloy solid solution strengthening, grain refinement, etc.
