摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机熔融制备了聚丁烯-1(PB-1)/聚丙烯(PP)/炭黑(CB)复合材料,研究了CB用量对PB-1/PP合金熔融及结晶行为的影响.结果表明:加入质量分数3%的CB使PB-1和PP两组分的结晶完善程度降低,但CB明显促进了两结晶聚合物的结晶过程.非等温结晶动力学研究表明,在CB试验用量范围内(质量分数3%~5%),CB对PB-1及PP起到异相成核的作用;CB的加入对PB-1的结晶速率影响不大,但能使PP的结晶速率提高.
Using mehing method,the PB-1/PP/CB alloys were prepared by twin-screw extruder. The effects of CB on the melting and crystallization behaviors of PB-1/PP were investigated. The results show thai the perfection of crystallization of PB-1 and PP decreases when the mass ratio of CB is 3%. The crystallization process of PB-1 and PP is accelerated by CB. The investigations for the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics indi cate that CB plays the role of heterogeneous nucleation for PB 1 and PP when the experi- mental (TB contents is 3%-5%. The addition of CB has no obvious impact on the crys tallization rate of PB-1, but the crystallization rate of PP increases.
