光学塑料镜片用于变焦放大的技术可行性

摘要 概述了微型镜片变焦放大的光学设计原理、光学塑料的选择要求,分析了光学塑料的使用性质,讨论了其力学性能以及加工方案。结果认为:在微型镜片设计过程中,材料必须具备良好的透光性和折射率;作为一种附件,这种光学塑料镜片必须充分便于携带,便于安装;光学塑料镜片的耐磨强度要高,不易磨损,且便于清洗。 The micro lens zoom magnification principle of optical design, material selection requirements of optical plastics were introduced. The using properties of optical plastics were analyzed. The mechanical properties of the material and processing plan were discussed. The results show that in micro lens design process, the material must have good perviousness to light quality and refractive index. As an attachment, this kind of optical plastic lenses should be fully portable, easy to install; The optical plastic lenses have the properties such as high wear resistance strength, not easy to wear, and easy cleaning.
