摘要
为了降低翘曲变形对壁厚塑件质量的影响,利用注塑仿真对塑件进行模拟,并结合正交试验的直观分析和方差分析方法对注塑工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,当模具温度70℃、熔体温度220℃、保压压力为注射压力的120%、冷却时间15s、保压时间30s及注射时间4s时,塑件翘曲量最小,熔体温度对塑件翘曲影响最大,模具温度对翘曲影响最小。
In order to reduce the warp deformatmn s influence on the appearance quailty of lhick wall plaslic paris, the injection molding simulalion was used to simulate the part. The injeclion molding process parameters was optimized by combining the orthogonal test, the method of visual analysis and analysis of variance. The results show that when the mold temperature is 70℃,the melt temperature is 220℃ ,the holding pressure is 120 % of the injection pressure, the cooling time is 15 s, the holding time is 30 s, and the injection time is 4 s , the warpage of the injection part is minimum. The holding pressure has the greatest impact on the warpage of plastic parts, and the mold temperature brings the least influence on the warpage.
