摘要
提出一种基于广域量测系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)和数据采集与监控(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)系统混合量测的电力系统状态估计方法,该方法充分利用相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)量测方程为线性方程的特点,将SCADA量测方程分解为两步线性化方程,并将PMU量测数据中的电压幅值平方、电流幅值平方和相角量测分别添加到2个线性化方程中,从而实现PMU和SCADA混合量测状态估计的非迭代计算,提高了计算效率。通过IEEE标准系统和波兰电网仿真算例,验证了所提方法的有效性。
A power grid state estimation method based on wide area measurement system (WAMS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) is proposed.Making full use of the feature of phasor measurement units (PMU) that its measurement equation is a linear equation,the proposed method decomposes the measurement equation of SCADA into two stepwise linear equations and adds the square value of voltage amplitude,the square value of current amplitude and current amplitude and the value of phase angle measured by PMU into the two stepwise linear equations to implement the non-iterative computation of the state estimation based on hybrid measurement by WAMS and SCADA,thus the computational efficiency can be improved.The effectiveness of the proposed state estimation method is verified by simulation results of IEEE 14-bus system,IEEE 57-bus system,IEEE 118-bus system,IEEE 300-bus system and Wp 2383-bus system.
