两难选择:新民主主义革命时期中共农业贷款问题研究——以银行考察为中心

Dilemma:Research on China's Agricultural Loans during the Period of New Democratic Revolution Bank Study as the Center

中共在新民主主义革命时期强调经济建设必须以农业生产为主,而农业贷款作为解决农业生产资本的重要手段,它强调生产贷款必须以农业为首位。但是,边区银行的双重性使它在农业贷款中却面临着两难的选择,并由此偏离了中共以农业生产为主的要求。这说明运用银行解决农业生产资本的选择是很难行得通的。

The Chinese Communist Party emphasized that economic construction must be based on agricultural production during the period of new democratic revolution.It had put forward agricultural production loans as an important means to solve the capital production and in it agriculture must be at the first place.However,agricultural loans from the border area banks faced with the dilemma,which had deviated from the CCP mainly on agricultural production requirements.This shows that it is very difficulty selection to solve agricultural production capital with the application of bank.
