摘要
云软221S是用蜀光612S与自育优质软米品系系16(豪木细/IR24∥IR268)杂交育成的具有云南优质软米特性的籼型光温敏核不育系。该不育系柱头外露率高,异交特性好;不育期花粉败育彻底、不育性稳定,可育期自交结实率高、易于繁殖。2013年8月通过云南省技术鉴定。
Yunruan 221S,developed from the hybridization between Shuguang 612S（ an indica-type PTGMS line） and Xi 16（ a quality soft rice line derived from Haomuxi / IR24 / / IR268）,is a new indica-type photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile（ PTGMS） line of Yunnan soft rice with fine grain quality. It shows good outcrossing characteristic with a high stigma exsertion rate,is safe in hybrid seed production for its complete and stable male sterility in sterile period,and has an easy multiplication for its high selfed seed-setting rate in fertile period. In August, 2013,Yunruan 221S was technically identified in Yunnan Province.
