摘要
文章以DDNP起爆药为例,对雷管装填工艺过程中的装、压起爆药工序爆炸的原因进行了分析,从药剂、原材料、工装器具及设备、浮药清理、程序控制、湿度等方面进行具体分析并提出了相应的预防措施。
Taking primary explosive DDNP as an example, the cause of detonator explosion in the processes of filling and pressing explosive is analyzed from chemicals, raw materials, tooling and production equipments, cleaning up floating drug, program control procedures, humidity etc. and the corresponding prevention measures are put forward.
